We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage
• Returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories
• In the same condition, they were received.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the customer.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Preorder items, unless otherwise stated
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, and intimate apparel
• Items marked “Final Sale.”
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
• Items damaged due to wear, improper care, or misuse

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain resortwear and swim-related items may not be eligible for return.

Preorder items are produced or reserved in advance and may require additional processing time before shipment.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item may not ship immediately and that estimated shipping timelines are subject to change due to production, supplier, or fulfillment delays.

All preorder sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item is sent.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

At this time, we do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory availability.

If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following information:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage

If your claim is approved, we will work to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on item availability and the situation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Modern Meets Maven is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return packages.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Preorder cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to approval.

In certain cases, Modern Meets Maven may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit has no cash value and may only be used toward future purchases on our website.

If a package is refused, returned to the sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
